We welcome all to visit us at our workshop at 7 Mandai Link #10-21 (Block A Lift Lobby).

WORKSHOP AND WORKSPACE

Can we use your workshop?

We offer free access to our woodworking workshop on the first day of your purchase. Simply purchase any amount of wood and complete your projects within the day to enjoy the benefits.

If your project requires more than a day to complete, we provide storage basket rentals starting at $2 each per day to extend your stay. You will be entitled to free use of the workshop while your storage plan is paid for, more details below.

We also offer a re-entry pass and day pass for special situations, such as a returning project started months before. Kindly contact us at +65 9117 8440 to check on special rates.

Certain machines do require training courses before you are able to operate them. Click here to check them out!

Can I bring my own materials for the projects, what is included in the free workshop access?

Our workshop membership only caters to projects made with the materials purchased here.

Besides the basic membership fee and the cost of the wood for your project, there are some other costs such as consumables (glues, oils, screws, lacquers and sandpaper, for example). The heavier equipment requires paid training before you are allowed to operate them.

Returning workpieces will require a proof-of-purchase, so please kindly keep your receipts if you intend to continue your project here.

You can bring your own instruments and furniture to work on at the shop, but these rates are quoted on a case-by-case basis starting from $60 per entry.

Typical project charges for bringing your own items:
Guitars – $60 per entry per instrument
Longboards – $60 per entry per board.

How much do storage plans costs to extend my time at the shop?

Daily storage plans rates:

$2 – 25cmx35cmx10cm Basket

$3 – 90cmx90cmx15cm Rack Space

$4 – 120cmx90cm x15cm Rack space.

$6 – 270cmx90cmx15cm Rack Space

These storage plans have to be paid from the time of your project start to finish. Re-entry fees apply once the project leaves the shop, refer to below for the re-entry rates.

If you need more space we can get you special rates for your big projects!

What if I need to work on my project again in the future?

Re-entry fees are $30 a visit. If you don’t have an ongoing storage plan that entitles you to visits to the workshop, simply pay the re-entry fee for each visit.

The $30 re-entry fees will also apply for old projects starting a new storage plan after leaving the shop for more than 30 days.

Do you deliver your wood?

Yes, we have a flat rate for small orders, and free delivery for orders over $50. If you do not intend to use our workshop space, you can always get the wood delivered to your door step and start your project at home or school.

*Your project can still be brought back to the shop to be worked on, but re-entry charges will apply as mentioned above.

Do note that we require lift access for all deliveries, if your location is inaccessible for delivery to, please give us a call at 91178440 for custom rates.

Do you do custom furniture or woodworks?

Yes, we do take in custom solid wood furniture orders and other wooden carpentry services ranging from small to medium scale prototyping and production. For further enquiries, kindly contact 9117 8440.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

You can place on order via our website (adding items to your cart and then checking out) or you can contact us directly at +65 9117 8440 to place an order. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To do so please contact us via email at gjkung@hotmail.com or call us at +65 9117 8440. You may be able to cancel or change your order as long as your product has not gone into production yet. This is subject to our terms and conditions and we have no obligation to change or cancel an order once it is made

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you do not, you just need your credit card and personal particulars to fill out the order form and to check out. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Proceed to the order tracking page here and fill in your Order ID (which is emailed to you after payment has been completed) and Billing email. Your order status will show up.

A tracking number will also be emailed to you once we have shipped out your goods, this number can be used on the couriers website to track your shipment.

How Can I Return a Product?

For most of our DIY products, you can’t return them once you have started work on the materials. Should you have a problem with the project do come back to us for advice on how you can make the best of what is left.

For custom production work, we have a no refund or cancellation policy as no work leaves our shop without a thorough inspection. However, feel free to call us at +65 91178440 to clarify any doubts if the products don’t fulfil your requirement.
